These Terms of Service govern your use of DrishVeda, including the public website, practitioner workspace, enterprise workspace, and related support channels.
These terms are written for users in India. By accessing or using DrishVeda, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
Service scope
DrishVeda is a digital astrology software platform for practitioners, consultants, institutes, and teams. The service includes chart computation, workspace tools, saved account data, account management, and related software features that may change over time.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account or invited enterprise workspace access.
- Enterprise owners are responsible for managing seat assignments and authorized team access.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or access controls.
- Do not upload malicious content or use the service to send spam or unauthorized communications.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, when enabled, are billed in Indian Rupees. DrishVeda may offer monthly, annual, and enterprise pricing. Enterprise pricing may be contract-led and not self-serve.
Before live billing is enabled, some accounts may be activated manually for beta or pilot access.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, security issues, or breach of these terms. Where feasible, we will provide notice first.
A past-due account may move into grace mode and then read-only mode based on the plan and billing state.
Intellectual property
DrishVeda, its software, design, branding, and related content remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service, not ownership of the platform.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for every workflow.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, DrishVeda is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protections, courts in India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms and the service.
